Do you have an ATM? No, the Clermont Performing Arts Center does not have an ATM.

Is Clermont Performing Arts Center open to the public every day? The theater is not open to the public unless an event is scheduled, however, the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center where we are located does offer various daily recreational and senior programs. Please call 352-394-3500 for more information on those programs.

How do I rent spaces in (CPAC) Clermont Performing Arts Center?  CPAC is a separate division (entity) and is not involved in the rental portion of the building.
The Arts & Recreation Center, (ARC) division on the other hand, has several spaces of varying sizes to host your private event. To check pricing and availability, please call 352-394-3500.

How do I become a Clermont Performing Arts Center volunteer? New volunteers are typically added to our roster during our offseason each summer. Each new applicant must complete a City of Clermont volunteer application and submit to a background check. Please send an email to Jon Sousan   jsousan@clermontfl.org to request the necessary paperwork.

What is the theater’s Code of Conduct? The Clermont Performing Arts Center is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. We ask all guests to be respectful of those around them. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to immediate removal from the building. Additionally, standing on theater seats or any other building structures, or standing in aisles and doorways is also prohibited. If you are asked to leave and do not comply, we reserve the right to involve the Clermont Police Department.

How do I sign up for email updates? Guests can subscribe to our email updates by filling out a short form located outside of the Box Office or online on the home page of our website. The online form is located toward the bottom of the page under Join Our Mailing List.

Whom can I contact for guest services during a performance? Any guest in need of assistance during an event should notify an usher, and the situation will be handled as quickly and discreetly as possible. The House Manager reserves the right to ask any disruptive audience member to leave without a refund.

What can I do if my tickets were lost or stolen? If your tickets have been lost or stolen, please contact the Box Office at 352-394-4800. We will be happy to reprint your tickets for you.

What if I am late for my event? Latecomers may be denied entry or given alternate seating at the discretion of the House Manager and in conjunction with the rules and stipulations of the production. Please make every effort to arrive in plenty of time to be in your assigned seat at the time your show is scheduled to begin.

What items are prohibited in the theater? Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) all weapons, including pocket knives, oversized bags, backpacks, outside food and beverages, cans, bottles, drugs, laser pens, costume masks and face paint, laptops, tablets, video cameras, DSLR cameras, tripods, audio recording devices and selfie sticks.

What is your refund and exchange policy? There are no refunds or exchanges on any performance unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled. We recommend that you do not obtain tickets from unauthorized sources, as they may be stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are void.

Where can I view a seating chart? Seating charts are available by visiting the About page of this website and choosing a theater to view.

Do you have sign language interpreters? Sign language interpretation is available for performances by request, with advance notice. Please submit a request for sign language interpretation a minimum of two weeks before your selected show by emailing our Box Office. Assistive Listening Devices are also available for performances in the Mainstage Theater. Please contact the Box Office or an usher to find out how to obtain these devices before the beginning of the show.

What is your smoking policy? The Clermont Arts & Recreation Center, where the Clermont Performing Arts Center is located, is a smoke-free campus. All smoking and the lighting of matches, lighters, or any other flammable devices is not permitted in the building. E-cigarettes are also strictly prohibited.

What are the Box Office hours? Our NEW Box Office hours are daily; Monday thru Friday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. The Box Office also opens two hours before each performance and during our Show intermissions.

How can I buy tickets to events at Clermont Performing Arts Center? Tickets for our events can be purchased in person at the Box Office during operating hours, by calling the Box Office at 352-394-4800, or online via the Buy Tickets button located on each page of our website.

Do you offer group discounts? The Clermont Performing Arts Center offers a discount of 10% off each ticket for groups of 10 or more. Tickets must be purchased for the same event in a single transaction.

My tickets are at Will Call. How and when can I pick them up? Will Call tickets are available for pickup anytime the Box Office is open. You may also pick them up when you arrive before the start of your scheduled performance.

I forgot to print my tickets. Can you scan them from my smartphone? Yes, your ticket barcodes can be scanned directly from your smartphone.

I bought tickets for a show that got canceled or rescheduled. How do I get my money back? Ticket orders for canceled performances will be automatically refunded via the credit card used for the original purchase. Orders paid by cash or check will be refunded via a check issued by the City of Clermont. Tickets for rescheduled performances will still be honored for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date once it is announced, please contact the Box Office at 352-394-4800 to request a refund. Allow 3-5 business days for credit card refunds to post to your account. Refunds requiring a paper check may take up to three weeks for processing.

Does Clermont Performing Arts Center offer gift cards? At this time, The Clermont Performing Arts Center does not have gift cards available.

How can I make a special needs request? For assistance with wheelchair seating, contact an usher when arriving at the theater. When purchasing tickets, please contact the Box Office at 352-394-4800.

Does Clermont Performing Arts Center have a dress code? The theater does not have an official dress code, however, we recommend business casual for most performances.

What is the photo policy? The use of audio and/or visual equipment is strictly prohibited. Video cameras, tripods, recording devices and DSLR cameras are not permitted inside the theater unless prior approval has been given for members of the media or the production’s staff.

Where is Clermont Performing Arts Center located? The theater is located in Clermont, Florida, at 3700 S. Highway 27. Directions to the building are located under the Plan a Trip heading on our website.

What kind of food and drinks are available during performances? A full bar including alcohol, water and various light snacks is open in the main lobby before the show and during intermission for select performances. We do ask that guests place their trash in the proper receptacles when finished to keep our theater clean.

Does the theater have age restrictions? Age appropriateness varies per performance and is at the complete discretion of parents who choose to bring children to a production at the Clermont Performing Arts Center. All children 2 and older must have their own ticketed seat.

What parking is available at the theater? Free parking is available in the parking lots on the north & south sides of the property. Handicap spaces are available as marked.

Is Clermont Performing Arts Center wheelchair accessible? Our building is ADA-compliant, featuring easy access for wheelchairs, completely free of stairs. There is also ample stair-free seating available, as well as plenty of wheelchair-accessible parking spaces.
